I hate it when I open myself up to people who I normally wouldn’t and give them my time, only to have them prove to me that there was in fact a reason why we weren’t a part of each others lives earlier.

Confusion.

I had this weird feeling today when I thought about her for the first time in God knows how long.

It was as one of two things.

It was either me feeling that my heart was still in a thousand pieces and that by telling myself I was fine hundreds of times, I had tricked it into feeling fine

OR

It was either me being fine and just missing a part of my life that I enjoyed and dedicated a lot of time to.

Whatever it was, God knows it was confusing.
